Successful migration to a new ERP-SAP platform.
Our customer is an integrated water company (production, distribution, supply). They had a very ambituous strategic roadmap and wanted to change from supply company to service company (new products & services, partnership network, better collaboration, going digital, …).
Our customer decided to replace their current backoffice system and implement SAP ERP as a modular platform to support their strategy.

GAC was responsible for defining and supporting the roadmaps of the different projects, and guide the transformation for the business users:
