Our customer is an Energy Services Company (ESCO). They deliver services &amp; solutions to deal efficiently with energy like metering systems, energy cost allocations and smart automation technology for climate control in buildings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They were looking for a partner to deliver a solution for its technical interventions. In the past, they&nbsp; serviced their customers in a reactive way. When things broke down, they would go out and fix that. This traditional, reactive approach of describing failures after they\u2019ve occurred is the worstcase scenario for maintenance and most costly for its customers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/getallconnected.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/GAC_case-energyretailer1.svg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-87\" width=\"93\" height=\"369\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GAC delivered a proactive\/predictive solution &#8211; using the data coming from sensors and (HVAC or automation) applications installed in the buildings of its customers. We collect &amp; analyse these data, monitor assets\/applications continuously and predict failure with far greater accuracy.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With our solution, they optimized their service chain. Their operations now not only run smoothly and disruption-free, but they increased their ROI due to quicker output and less time spent unnecessarily fixing the equipment.
